Can I add extra items to my order when you collect…
Yes, absolutely. If you have extra items when we arrive, just let us know at collection. We’ll update your order and adjust the final price accordingly.

Why do women’s blouses cost more than men’s shirt?
Women’s blouses often require more delicate handling and extra finishing because of lighter fabrics, pleats, shape, decorative details, and more intricate designs. That extra care is reflected in the pricing.
Are there any fabrics you don't clean?
We clean most everyday garments and household fabrics, but we may not accept certain specialty items such as suede, leather, fur, heavily beaded garments, or items that are heavily damaged. If you’re unsure, just contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.
How can I pay for the services?

What if my clothes are damaged?
We take great care with every garment and always follow care-label instructions. In the rare event that an item is damaged as a result of our handling, we will review the situation carefully and work toward a fair resolution in line with our service policy.
What all is included in your service?
Our service may include inspection, sorting, washing or dry cleaning, stain treatment where possible, drying, folding, ironing or pressing, and packaging for return. What is included depends on the service selected.
Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide all detergents, cleaning products, and professional supplies needed for the service. You do not need to provide anything unless you want us to use a specific product of your own.

Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag?
No, you don’t need to weigh it yourself. If your cleaning requires us to weigh your laundry, we will weigh your laundry at our facility and charge based on the final weight.
What temperature do you wash the clothes at?
We wash clothes at the most suitable temperature based on the fabric type, garment colour, and care instructions. This helps protect your clothes while ensuring a proper clean.
Do I get to keep the bag?
This depends on the type of bag used. Some bags are complimentary and can be kept, while reusable service bags may need to be returned for future collections.
